Guiding principle

My guiding principle is as simple and as complex as ‘To provide the care I would wish for my own mother.’

Specifically, I would wish for her: To be heard and validated; To be able to voice fears and needs, with respect and without judgement; To receive best-practice healthcare; To know that their own wellbeing is the core priority.

With respect to what I would have wished for her, I dedicate myself to this in my work.
